The owner of New Beginnings Contracting Services (NBCS), Tania-Joy Bartlett is a Master Electrician, Heavy Equipment Operator, AZ/DZ Truck Driver and 4th term Carpentry Apprentice. As the owner Tania brings her wealth of field experience to the business and passion for industry advancements. She is dedicated to building a strong business that supports local suppliers and provides meaningful employment opportunities. She enjoys working closely with her customers, as well as her talented staff. It is not odd to find her onsite with a toolbelt working on projects.
Tania is also heavily invested in engaging with youth to explore trades career path. In support of this initiative Tania has partner with organization like Junior Achievement and advocates for more high school student involvement in the industry through co-op programs.

Douglas has joined our team with more than 6 years of experience in Construction Project Management field. In combination with his project management capabilities, Douglas also has extensive experience as a carpenter who specialize in custom builds and historic home rehabilitation initiatives. Douglas is joining our team as Project Manager/Estimator where he will be able to put his talent for building, problem solving, drafting, and estimating to good use.

Virat Paghadal

Estimator & Asset Manager
Virat has joined our team as a Construction Estimator. He comes with around 4 years of experience in the Construction Field apart from that, his educational background consists of a blend of Civil Engineering and Technology, as well as Construction Site Management.
He knows new construction technology, software. Additionally, he is equipped with efficiency in different construction software packages. His management skill, the problem-solving skill will be helpful for us to reach our milestones.

Office Manager
Amy is our talented Office Manager and Co-Ordinator of life. Her organization and communication skills have been pivotal to the growth the development of our organization. Building on her experience in hospitality industry, Amy's pleasant voice is the first point of contact for our customers.

Carissa Ferguson-Paterson

Human Resource Manager
Carissa grew up in Dunsford and is excited to work with customers in her hometown. In her previous roles she has worked as consultant in the grant industry, specializing in business growth objectives. As a people person with a strong vision for the future, Carissa is a perfect fit as our Human Resource Manager.

Site Supervisor
Dave has more than 40 years of experience in the construction sector. Having been a business owner himself Dave has an in depth understanding of the building process and what it takes to get a job done as efficiently as possible. Many of our customers maybe familiar with Dave’s name as he is an author of multiple articles in the Cottage Country Lifestyle magazine as its Residential Building Guru.
