Job Title: Journeyman Electrician
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Licensed Electrician to join our growing crew of builders. If you are individual seeking an opportunity to grow your career with a variety of residential and commercial construction applications, we have opportunities for you! As a Journeyman Electrician, your main responsibilities will include the installation and repair of wiring, electrical fixtures, power equipment and components of machinery. These installation and repairs must follow electrical codes, specifications, and blueprints.
Job Duties:
- Install various types of equipment and electrical services.
- Report all potential replacement equipment as needed.
- Pick up and deliver equipment from various manufacturers to the customer site.
- Assistance to fellow employees as requested.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned by management team.
- File permits.
- Schedule jobs.
Job Requirements:
- Have a valid 309A License
- Residential and commercial experience is required, as well as great troubleshooting abilities and working with high voltage/commercial services work is an asset.
- Work at Heights Training Certificate
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Have a valid driver’s license

Job Title: Rough Carpenter
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Rough Carpenter to join our growing crew of builders. This position requires a knowledgeable candidate, who is comfortable reading site plans, sketches, and blueprints. These plans will then result in the construction of wooden structures and supports.
Job Duties:
- Building foundations, installing floor beams, laying sub-flooring and installing walls and roofing systems
- Fitting and installing trim, doors, stairs, moulding and hardware
- Measuring, cutting and joining materials made of wood or wood substitutes
- Repairing and renovating wooden structures
- Preparing cost estimates for clients
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and sketches
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned by management team.
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Rough Carpenter for 2+ years
- In-depth knowledge of roofing installation
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
