Site Superintendent Roles & Responsibility
The main role of the Site Superintendent is representing the owner(developer) to oversee site work and report to the president. The Site Superintendent will provide overall leadership for on-site field supervision and technical management for all construction operations, including direct oversight of employees, subcontractors, and other construction-related personnel. They will also be responsible for directing and executing work according to the project plan, completing work as scheduled, maintaining a safe workplace, as well as promoting and enhancing the company image. The Site Superintendent will be ‘hands on’ when required.
